MAWM -SME(Configurations)

Work closely with Manhattan, MHE and ops teams. Create BRDs and process flows. Ensure that the Manhattan MAWM is configured/modified in accordance with BRDs and Client processes. Strong experience with MAWM configurations is required.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the requirements process to analyze and document IT and business processes and design improvements that reduce expense and increase customer satisfaction through improved quality, efficiency, and communication.
• Document business and functional requirements, business processes, use cases, and user test plans.
• Design, coordinate, and execute application functional tests to ensure fulfillment of business requirements and IT quality, architectural, and security standards on assigned projects.
• Work with quality assurance team on the correct methodology/tools/reporting and to automate tests when it makes sense, focusing on requirements methodology and user test methodology.
• Identify innovative solutions to improve cross-functional processes and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and lead user discovery sessions and project team meetings to gather and organize project business requirements and use cases on assigned projects.
• Work with project leaders and architects to determine the right technical solutions that meet the business requirements.
• Establish relationships with key business areas including but not limited to logistics and transportation organization, distribution, production, merchandising, planning, and field representatives based on the key stakeholders of a project.

​Requirements and Qualifications:
• Must have at least 2 years experience in Supply Chain/WMS on either the Functional/Business and/or Technical side to be able to quickly understand and assess the business processes and requirements.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems required 
• Possesses strong BA skills – experience with process modeling, use case development and detailed requirements documentation.
• Ability to analyze, breakdown, and communicate on a variety of complex business and technical processes, problems, and issues.
• Ability to lead business and IT associates.
• Ability to deliver effective, clear, and consistent functional and technical documentation.
• Ability to facilitate communications between and among highly experienced business and IT associates.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to understand the long-term (“big picture”) and short term perspectives of situations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technical Communications, MIS/CIS, Engineering, or related field (required).
• Excellent analytical skills with a basic knowledge of IT architecture.
