Job Summary
The Jr DevOps Engineer role will play an instrumental role in bridging the gap between development and
operations teams. The main goal for this role will be to streamline and automate the software
development lifecycle (SDLC) to improve efficiency and reliability.

What You’ll Do
 Work closely with developers, operations staff, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth
and efficient Data solution deployment.
 Implement and manage continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to
automate the building, testing, and deployment of software.
 Oversee the networks, and cloud services, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and reliable.
 Ensure that security best practices are followed throughout the development and deployment
processes.
 Taking part in continuous improvement through sharing knowledge and coaching within the
team.
 Continuously monitor system performance, user requests and troubleshoot issues to maintain
high availability and performance.

What We Need
 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Data Engineer.
 1+ year of hands on experience with Terraform.
 Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-
functional teams.
 Support experience
 Advanced expertise in managing and optimizing cloud-based data warehouse environments.
 SQL skills for data manipulation, querying, and performance tuning.
 Proficiency in a variety of data operations tools, technologies, and platforms, including but not
limited to:
o Database Management and Storage (Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server, RedShift, AWS
Managed Systems)
o CI/CD tooling
o Terraform
o SQL
 experience in applying troubleshooting techniques across various server, application, and
network technologies (AWS, Azure, Redshift, Treasure Data, Google Cloud)
 Experience with GitHub
 Experience with SQL language in one or more database platforms (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or
MS SQL)

Desired Qualifications
 Bachelor’s Degree
 Experience with Python programming language. 
 Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
 Experience with Atlan, Monte Carlo and Infrastructure CI/CD tools (Spacelift)
