  • Effectively plan, schedule, estimate, coordinate, manage, and deliver business requirements on time while meeting high quality standards
  • Cross functionally partner closely with Product Management and Tech to accurately plan and set productivity pace leveraging estimating approaches 
  • Oversee the daily progress of the project with regard to time, budget, scope, and quality
  • Oversee project budgets and manage the same.
  • Apply project management techniques, methods, and tools to ensure project success
  • Provide leadership and direction to cross functional teams
  • Report project status to IT leadership on a weekly and as-needed basis
  • Proactively and aggressively manage project risk and issues; defining mitigation efforts
  • Leverage innovative critical thinking approaches to solve problems
  • Demonstrate overall Project Management professionalism
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years in IT Project Management 
  • Experience with Retail Merchandising or solid Retail/Supply Chain technology experience is needed.
  • BA/BS
  • Scrum Master certification a plus
  • PMI certification a plus 
  • Comparable retail experience preferred
  • Experience overseeing offshore project teams
  • Technical familiarity with web development
  • Strong project experience in Agile environments
  • Demonstrated passion for project management and proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience and expertise; understanding of software development, testing, project management methodologies
  • Experience in developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines and operating under tight time constraints
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve conflicts across workgroups
  • Excellent team building and group facilitation skills
  • Verified ability to balance multiple priorities and excel in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Established ability to effectively collaborate in a highly matrixed organization and gain the trust of others
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to communicate at all organizational levels
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills
