Salesforce Product Lead We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Product Lead with expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This role will focus on aligning Salesforce capabilities with business goals, optimizing processes, and delivering scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have a product-oriented mindset and experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment. The tech stack includes but not limited to D365 for the ERP and POS, Logic Apps and Boomi for integrations.
Responsibilities:
Align Salesforce capabilities with company objectives and prioritize impactful initiatives.
Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and user stories.
Collaborate with stakeholders across teams such as DevOps, Customer Experience, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering.
Communicate product vision and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.
Lead Salesforce optimization efforts and ensure solutions evolve with business needs.
Use agile methodologies to manage and execute product initiatives.
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Experience Cloud).
3+ years in a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, or Product Owner role within an agile environment.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, integration patterns, and customization.
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Slack, Google Sheets, and LucidChart.
Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Business Analyst, Administrator, CPQ Specialist).
Experience in a SaaS environment, ideally with private equity experience.
Experience with DellBoomi and ERP system integrations.
