Job Summary:


We are seeking a strategic and hands-on End-to-End Supply Chain Data and Analytics Lead to drive data-driven decision-making across our entire supply chain. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in supply chain processes, data analysis, and the ability to develop and implement analytical solutions. This role will be critical in optimizing supply chain performance, improving efficiency, and reducing costs through effective data utilization and insights generation.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain data and analytics strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Lead the collection, integration, and analysis of supply chain data from various sources including Sourcing, Transportation, Labor, WMS, Last Mile.
• Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
• Develop and maintain data models and analytical tools to support supply chain decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the clients Supply Chain team, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Educate and train the supply chain team on data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve data quality and ensure data integrity.
• Create roadmaps for the Supply Chain D&A group to mature the data use and knowledge.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in supply chain analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Solid experience in data and analytics within end-to-end supply chain projects including sourcing, transportation, labor, WMS, and last mile.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing data-driven supply chain strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience working with supply chain management systems (SCM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in predictive analytics and machine learning for supply chain optimization.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
• Certifications in data analytics or supply chain management.
