Focus on the installation delivery of material flow analysis, Manhattan Associates Active OMNI solutions
Perform the necessary analysis and consultation to identify business issues, solution requirements, and related benefits
Construct project analysis and costing as well as information generation
Act as a point of contact for client throughout the duration of the project
Assist the client in configuration and implementation of the Manhattan Labor Management software system
Travel to the client site for delivery of solutions is required
Lead projects through all aspects of the development process, including design discussions and prioritization
Leads business process analysis on portfolio wide projects. Communicates with management and users on all projects, support, or analysis tasks. Leads in the creation of the design, testing strategies and test plans, sustainment strategies and training guides.
Experience Required:
7+ years of experience serving in a leadership role (i.e. team lead, lead consultant, etc.)
5+ years of experience with Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) Order Management System (OMS)– strong understanding of distributed order management, ship from store, BOPIS and payment processing
MAO with specific experience of implementing or configuring the DSS Returns module, retired Narvar and turned it on.
Perform change management functions associated with larger scale/impact configuration for order management application
Working in information technology doing application analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation
Solid understanding of relevant Core ERP systems and integration points, such as Merchandising, ERP, Inventory Control, Payment Processing Systems, Order Management Systems and Warehouse Management Systems.
