Role Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Analytics Product Manager to join the BI & EDM team. This role is pivotal in evolving the company’s Executive Reporting program, specifically focusing on the establishment and growth of enterprise-level dashboards and KPIs for leadership teams.
What You’ll Do:
Product Strategy: Own the roadmap for executive reporting and guide a small team of technical resources to execute the vision.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the bridge between technical teams and business leadership, driving engagement and measuring the success of analytical products.
Technical Contribution: "Pitch in" on technical workstreams, including data modeling and the implementation of analytical tools.
Program Growth: Mature the foundation laid in FY26 to scale the reporting program throughout FY27.
Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Product Leadership: Proven track record in strategy definition, roadmap ownership, and release management.
Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in the Retail industry and familiarity with retail performance KPIs.
Experience at a values-led or mission-driven company, particularly managing non-financial KPIs.
Background in Data Governance or aligning complex data definitions across different business units.
