Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst with strong experience in Manhattan WMOS, MHE (Material Handling Equipment) testing, and Warehouse Automation testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing warehouse management solutions, validating system integrations, and supporting automated distribution center operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing for Manhattan WMOS applications.
• Validate integrations between WMOS and MHE systems such as conveyors, sorters, scanners, and automated equipment.
• Test warehouse automation workflows and end-to-end distribution center processes.
• Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on business requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and automation teams during testing cycles.
• Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live validation activities.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of warehouse management and automation solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOS.
• Experience testing MHE integrations and warehouse automation solutions.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ALM.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WCS/WES systems.
• API, interface, and integration testing experience.
• Exposure to Manhattan Active WM or other Manhattan products.
• Supply Chain and Distribution Center domain experience.
