We are seeking a highly organized, versatile IT Project Manager to oversee and drive a diverse portfolio of concurrent technology initiatives. This role requires a professional who thrives on variety and can effectively balance multiple projects simultaneously without missing a beat.
Because our technology ecosystem heavily utilizes Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project lifecycles. You will act as the central point of contact, aligning cross-functional business units, developers, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery from kickoff to go-live.

You will act as the central point of contact, aligning cross-functional business units, developers, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery from kickoff to go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Simultaneously manage multiple IT projects varying in size, scope, and complexity, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- D365 Coordination: Partner with technical teams and business analysts to oversee enhancements, integrations, or optimizations within our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
- Resource & Schedule Alignment: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and resource allocations to maximize efficiency across all active projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary bridge between technical execution teams and non-technical business stakeholders, translating complex IT updates into clear business impacts.
- Risk & Scope Management: Proactively identify bottlenecks, manage project dependencies, and handle scope changes with agility in a fast-paced environment.
- Multi-Project Track Record: Proven experience as an IT Project Manager successfully managing 3 or more projects concurrently.
- Microsoft Ecosystem (Bonus): Past experience managing implementations, modules, or integrations within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform (e.g., Finance & Operations, Business Central, or Sales/CRM) is highly advantageous.
- Methodology Flexibility: Strong familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks, and the ability to apply the right methodology based on the project's needs.
- PM Tools: Proficiency with modern project management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Exceptional Multi-Tasking: The ability to context-shift rapidly between completely different projects and teams throughout the day while maintaining attention to detail.
- Communication Clarity: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively facilitate meetings, manage expectations, and present status updates to leadership.
- Proactive Problem Solving: A self-starter attitude with the ability to foresee project risks and address them before they impact deadlines.
