Cybersecurity Analyst
The Cybersecurity Analyst will work with utility clients to monitor and manage
their cyber systems, ensuring their security and compliance. They will be part of a team of
experts who are passionate about protecting critical infrastructure from cyber threats. They will
also have the opportunity to learn from industry leaders and develop their skills in a fast-paced
and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage cyber systems for utility clients
- Conduct cybersecurity risk analysis and gap assessment for utility clients
- Develop and document cybersecurity policies, procedures, and plans
- Configure and install cybersecurity tools and systems, such as firewalls, antivirus, encryption, authentication, etc.
- Perform vulnerability scanning, review cybersecurity frameworks, and incident response
- Train and educate utility staff on cybersecurity awareness and best practices
- Serve as the day-to-day administrator of various hosted customer Cybersecurity platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in the utility sector
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GSEC
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO, NERC, etc.
- Proficient in cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, VPN, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and team members
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required
