Apply to Project Manager – Infrastructure & Supply Chain

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple small- to medium-sized projects across infrastructure, technology, and supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong project management skills who can independently drive execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead multiple projects from initiation through successful delivery.
-Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
-Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines.
-Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, business, operations, and vendors.
-Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and communicate project status.
-Identify and resolve roadblocks to keep projects on track.
-Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear communication to leadership.
-Drive projects using Waterfall methodologies, with Agile development cycles where applicable.
-Ensure projects meet business objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.

Key Requirements
-5+ years of Project Management experience.
-Experience managing multiple small- to medium-sized projects concurrently.
-Strong experience with IT infrastructure and technology projects.
-Retail and/or supply chain experience strongly preferred.
-Experience with Waterfall project management and exposure to Agile methodologies.
-Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
-Proven ability to work independently and drive execution.
-Strong organization, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
-Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
-Supply chain, logistics, distribution, retail operations, or related technology experience is a plus.
