Reddwerks Systems/Software Support engineer with L1/L2 Support experience.
Experience in SQL, database replication, or reading real-time event-based log files,
Reddwerks – Software application support and experience with supply chain systems is required.
Technically diverse across Windows/Linux Operating Systems environments, MS SQL Server databases, Middleware, basic networking, scripting (SQL, Python, PowerShell) and to a lesser extent mechatronics (Siemens PLC, Scada solutions).
Support a sizeable Software Support team and other Engineering groups within the company.
Work as part of a team when assigned to projects, and work autonomously when supporting clients.
