Note to Recruiters: Looking for a strong Project Managers to manage Technical and Non Technical Teams at the plant. Should have very good communication skills , should have the ability to interact with business. Having managed Data/BI reporting projects is a Plus not a deal breaker.
Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering, drafting documents for programming, creating programs and tools, setting technical templates, and performing UAT.
- Should be able to to define/redefine processes as necessary/required.
- Use the scrum process and use them as appropriate and not force team into using them.
- Ability to summarize at high level - not always in the detail, identify scope creep and keep scope tight, and able to understand technical constraints.
- Proficiency in ADO.
- Develop and modify SQL codes to generate statistical reports on raw data.
- Develop visualization tools to report data to the end users.
- Measure the impact of the deployed solutions.
- Design and implement proprietary tools and solutions to better support clients and enhance the efficiency of the overall project.
- Responsible to build, implement and carry the project forward to a steady state and strengthen the business with data suppliers.
- Provide solutions for the entire project including technology implementation and identifying resources.
- Create solution workflows to meet client requirements.
- Involved in admin activities like publishing, adding users, creation of subscriptions and deployment.
- Extracting data from multiple data sources.
- Interacting with business partners and customers for reporting needs and requirements
- Experience in Team management
